Cancellation and Refund Policy (Non-Refundable)
Thank you for choosing Osingvacation. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking or payment.
1. General Agreement
By making a transaction or payment (including Down Payment or Full Payment) to Osingvacation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed that all payments made are Final and Non-Refundable.
2. “No Refund” Policy
- Final Payment: All funds paid to Osingvacation cannot be withdrawn or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to, unilateral cancellation by the participant.
- No Show: If a participant fails to arrive at the designated location and time (on the scheduled date), the booking will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
- Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds for changes in personal plans, travel date errors by the participant, or subjective dissatisfaction with the service.
3. Force Majeure
In the event of “Force Majeure” (unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control), such as natural disasters, government-mandated closures of tourist attractions, or extreme weather conditions that pose safety risks, Osingvacation reserves the right to:
- Reschedule the trip to an alternative date.
- Provide a credit voucher for future use.
- Note: Even in these circumstances, payments remain non-refundable in the form of cash.
4. Participant Responsibility
Participants are fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data and travel dates selected during booking. Osingvacation is not liable for any errors made by the participant during the reservation process.
